Customizable Components
The handheld kit can read from and write to active, data-rich RFID tags, and can also scan and process data from standard linear, matrix, 1D and 2D bar code. The CK71 kit is packaged with options that provide specific components based on the customer’s needs.

Integrated Design
The kit features the Intermec CK71 Mobile Computer, which is a special model of Intermec’s powerful 70 Series of color mobile computers. The ergonomically designed device has a full alphanumeric keypad and wireless LAN capabilities. The CK71 is available in two models, both of which support batch mode communications and offer integrated bar code scanning options.
End-to-End Visibility Flexibility
The kit also features the Savi Mobile Reader (SMR-650), an integrated mobile, lightweight reader module used to commission, identify and configure Savi active RFID tags. Savi readers are a key component of active RFID solutions for real-time, end-to-end visibility of goods and critical assets moving through the supply chain. Mobile Readers augment Savi Fixed Reader coverage with the operational flexibility needed for environments lacking fixed reader infrastructure.
